Ken Robinson's Message in Changing Education Paradigms as that education now is standardization and we should head the other direction. That means the education system should get over the old conception of academic (non academic, abstract, theoretical) see it as what it actually is a myth. Education should think about human capacity. Most great leanings happen a in groups because when they are tested, judged separately, it causes dysfunctions between the students and their natural learning environment. Most importantly the culture of the institution that assume the best ways for students to learn and succeed. Students should instead be able to express their intellectual creativity.

I agree with Robinson's message because the system is changing and having high expectations for children causing s child's capacity is overlooked.  I believe every child is different, minds are able to absorb more knowledge than other quicker. Students should have the freedom to explore their creativity and interest in life instead of the system choosing what every students has to learn.

What I liked about Robinson's talk was the visuals in his videos and examples he discussed such as the ADHD, how many uses you think of for a paperclip? and divergent thinking data of 3 different age groups.

A day that I came into the classroom I was observing, the teacher told the class to make up their own story using their imagination. The teacher let the students get creative and there is always that one student that starts off group discussion by telling the class their vision. That students creativity lead to other students finding their own creativity and then telling the class their version of their story. Robinson agree that this teacher encouraged intellectual creativity in her class activity. The students were the educators of their own stories. They converse as a group and its the best way as they learn from each other.
